We use the same approach in a personal setting too: a family Telegram group for organising meals and shopping. It’s not a service we offer. We show it because it makes it easy to see how Rilvo Coworker could work in your team.
In a Telegram group, the agent remembers each person’s allergies, tastes and schedules, keeps track of what’s at home and what’s about to go out of date, prepares the shopping list and suggests the week’s meals. Everyone writes from their phone; there is one memory, shared by everyone.
