We help you choose the right tool, set it up with minimal permissions and confirmation before important actions, and teach your team to use it. Your accounts, your data and your choice of tool stay yours. And if a personal assistant is all you need, we’ll tell you. We only sell our time, with a clear price before we start.

How we work

  • Free first conversation, 30 minutes. Request it through the contact form: tell us what you need and we’ll tell you whether and how we can help.
  • Hourly consulting. Choosing a platform, setup, reviewing permissions and sharing, practical questions: you pay only for the time you use.
  • Online team training. Half a day, up to 12 people, on the tool you actually use.

Prices (excl. VAT)

First conversation (30 minutes): free

Consulting: €90/hour + VAT

5-hour pack: €450 + VAT, valid 3 months

10-hour pack: €850 + VAT, valid 6 months (prepaid; unused hours expire)

Online team training: €490 + VAT per half-day session

Billed in 30-minute units. Packs are non-refundable. Training: free cancellation up to 7 days before; after that, 50% is charged.

You pay platform licences directly to the vendor; we take no commission.

Why now: the AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Article 4) requires businesses that provide or use AI systems to take measures to support the AI literacy of their staff and other people using those systems on their behalf, taking into account their skills and the context of use. The obligation has applied since 2 February 2025. The current text of Article 4, as amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 (the “Digital Omnibus on AI”, in force since 27 July 2026), makes clear that it does not require guaranteeing any specific level of AI literacy for each person. According to the European Commission, no certificate is needed, and organisations can keep an internal record of their training initiatives. This training is one possible measure. It does not replace a legal assessment and does not guarantee compliance.

Yes: the 5-hour pack is valid for 3 months from purchase and the 10-hour pack for 6 months. Unused hours expire and packs are non-refundable.

We tell you upfront and compare it against the same criteria as the others. If a personal assistant is enough, we’ll tell you.

It’s one possible measure for the AI literacy required by Article 4; we give you a training record. We can’t guarantee compliance: for an assessment you need legal advice.
