Rilvo Coworker and other AI assistants: different tools for different needs
Grok Bot, Claude Cowork and Codex are excellent AI assistants, built mainly for each individual’s work. Rilvo Coworker is something else: one digital coworker shared by your team, in the chats you already use, set up and looked after by us. Here are the differences, including where the others are a better fit.
Information checked in October 2026 on the products’ public pages.
Different tools for different needs
We’re not comparing identical products. Grok Bot, Claude Cowork and Codex give each person a powerful assistant, with polished apps and tools such as a browser and a computer in the cloud. They start in minutes and cost little for one person.
Rilvo Coworker starts from a different question: how does an SME team get one digital coworker, with one shared memory that stays with the company, working on Telegram, Slack or Discord, that someone sets up and looks after for you? If that’s what you need, Rilvo Coworker may be a good fit. If you mainly need a personal assistant, it probably isn’t, and we’ll tell you so.

FAQ
Is Rilvo Coworker better than Grok Bot, Claude Cowork or Codex?
Not in absolute terms. They are very capable assistants, with more tools than Rilvo Coworker for individual work. Rilvo Coworker makes sense when a team wants one shared digital coworker, in the chats it already uses, with memory in the company’s environment and someone who sets it up and looks after it.
Can I use Rilvo Coworker alongside ChatGPT, Claude or Grok?
Yes. Many teams use a personal assistant for their own work. Rilvo Coworker works alongside those tools, on the team’s recurring work.
Where is my data processed?
The environment runs on a dedicated VPS in Germany (EU). By default, requests to AI models are processed by OpenAI and Anthropic, including in the United States, under standard contractual clauses; on request, we configure models that process data only in the EU. Memory, files, history and scheduled jobs are kept in the environment. AI model: OpenAI or Anthropic, with EU-only models on request; we manage it. We tell you this before we start, together with which data the agreed work really needs.
Does Rilvo Coworker cost more than a personal subscription?
For one person, yes: a personal subscription costs much less. The picture changes when a team shares one digital coworker: Rilvo Coworker has one fixed fee for the company, €249/month + VAT (or €189/month + VAT with your own AI account), with activation, AI usage (subject to reasonable use) and maintenance included. Custom skills are separate, with a clear quote.
What about Microsoft 365 Copilot?
If your company works mainly in Outlook, Word and Teams, Copilot is built for that and is probably the most natural choice. Rilvo Coworker works on Telegram, Slack and Discord today; the Microsoft Teams channel is in development.
How long does it take to start?
With a personal assistant you start in minutes, on your own. With Rilvo Coworker you start with a free 30-minute conversation: we look at how your team works, agree what the digital coworker can do, and then we activate it. We agree the timing together when we talk.
