FAQ: Rilvo Coworker with your own AI account
What if my AI usage is high?
You pay your provider based on usage. We help you set spending limits and alerts in your account and, if costs go up, we explain where they come from. If you prefer a fixed cost, you can move to Rilvo Coworker, where AI usage is included, subject to reasonable use.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can move from Rilvo Coworker to Rilvo Coworker with your own AI account, or the other way round. The change applies from the following month, and your Coworker stays the same, with its memory and skills.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There’s no minimum term: cancel whenever you like. We don’t give refunds, and your subscription stays active until the end of the month already paid.
Which providers can I use?
OpenAI and Anthropic. If you use another provider, get in touch: we check together whether it works before we start.
Who manages the key?
The account stays yours: you create the key, with our guidance, and we configure it in your Coworker. You can revoke it at any time from your account; the Coworker then pauses until you connect a new one.
Is support different from Rilvo Coworker?
No. Setup, maintenance, confirmations and human support are the same. The only difference is who pays for AI usage.

If you activate a monthly plan (Rilvo Coworker or Rilvo Coworker with your own AI account) within 30 days of the pilot ending, the first month is free. The benefit applies once, can’t be exchanged for cash and isn’t transferable.
The pilot runs only on Rilvo’s AI account. AI usage is included, subject to reasonable use. You can’t connect your own AI account during the pilot: you connect it when you activate Rilvo Coworker with your own AI account.

Why is the pilot paid?
Because setup is real work: we review the task, configure the Coworker and monitor it for 30 days. The €199 covers part of that work and, if you continue, your first month of the monthly plan is free.
Can I use my own AI account during the pilot?
No. The pilot runs only on Rilvo’s AI account, and AI usage is included, subject to reasonable use. If you then choose Rilvo Coworker with your own AI account, we connect your account when you activate the plan.
What do I get if I continue?
If you activate either monthly plan within 30 days of the pilot ending, the first month is free. We send you a personal code to enter at checkout. The pilot use case stays active, so you don’t start from scratch.
What if I don’t continue?
You owe nothing more. The report is yours to keep and we switch off the pilot environment.
Can I try more than one task?
The pilot covers one use case, so you get a clear result in 30 days. We add other tasks when you move to the full service.
Can we run more than one pilot?
No, there’s one pilot per company.
Is there another way to try it?
The 30-day pilot is the way to try Rilvo Coworker. We don’t offer trial periods or months at no cost.

Is there a minimum term?

Is there a separate activation fee?
No. There is no separate activation fee. Activation is included in Rilvo Coworker.
What happens if I need extra work?

Which extra packs are available?
